- What is it? Policy council is a group of HS/EHS parents and community members who work together to make decisions about Head Start & Early Head Start. Our goal is to have each center and EHS area represented by at least one parent.
- What do they decide? Policy Council members approve all grant applications for the continuation
- When do they meet? Policy Council meets monthly either in-person at the main office in Badger or over Zoom.
- Parents are important! Without parents like you, who make a commitment to be involved in Policy Council, there would not be a Head Start or Early Head Start program. We need parents to be actively involved in the decisions that make this program a great one for children and families.
